Is your city large or small?

My city is one of the largest cities in Kazakhstan. My native city is Almaty and it is very beautiful. It is located in the south-east of the country in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau. Almaty is the wonderful city in Kazakhstan with its multicultural citizens, sightseeing and good opportunities for young people. Most of the respectable institutes of higher education, colleges and universities are located in Almaty. Almaty is the best city in Kazakhstan because of its sightseeing. One of the most well-known and frequently visited places is the President’s Park. Chimbulak and Kok-tobe are the highest point of the city. Between mountains at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level is located symbol of Almaty is a skating rink Medeo.

How long have you been living there?

I have been living here since childhood. I studied in the village for 4 years of study

Do you help your parents?

Yes, of course. Every time I help my parents in the household. I think a big help to my parents is studying in a grant. Because I saved the money of my parents.

Do you have a pet?

Yes, I have a dog?

What is your dog’s name?

My dog’s name is Kinder. When my dad brought the puppy home, it was in the Kinder's boxes. And we called our puppy - Kinder.

Do you have a car?

No, I do not have.

Why?

Because for the student the car will be very consumable (spending). Public transport is enough for me. Does not require a lot of money and I can move everywhere in the city

I was at home with my family and relatives

I will be at home with my family, and go out with friends. 

How long have you been studying in this university?

I have been studying at this university since 2015. It is my 3^rd year of study

I will finish my work until September

I did not count. I've read more than 10 books in the past three months

What do you do after classes?

I am going back home. Аnd 3 times a week I'll go to the gym

I have a little brother. He is a schoolboy. He is 14. And I am first child in my family. Being an older child is a huge responsibility for me. I must be a good example for my brother. I want to prove that success will come with difficulty.

Yes, I live with my parents.

After arrival at the airport I will go to the ……. in 8th avenue. I will take the "………" train to ………. Price is approximately ………. From there a taxi called …………. can take me to the hotel located at ……………….

What do you know about your job?

I will work in USA as a cook. Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food orders per recipe guidelines. Cooks prepare batters, meat dishes and vegetables. Cooks provide back up to the line during busy hours, including restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available. Cooks clean all workstations at the end of the day, sweeping and mopping of floors.

I'll go through the agency interexchange. My sponsor is Interexchange.

What are you planning to do after you graduate?

After graduate, I will get the Master's degree at my university. 

Why will you come back?

I must continue my studies. It is very important for me. And Kazakhstan is my homeland. All my relatives, parents and friends are here. I can not live without them.

My parents support me financially for this trip. My father gave me money for the trip.

I heard about this program from my friend and teacher at my university.

How did you become a participant of this program? Did you pass any interview?

Last fall, I submitted the necessary documents for the program. There was an interview in English with the program coordinator. I passed successfully and became a participant of the program.

Will you have insurance?

  I will have medical insurance and support in the United States 24 hours a day. The insurance company is called Envisage Global Insurance. The insurance covers the official date of the program, that is, from May 25 to September 1. I will come back to Kazakhstan 2th of September, and for this I need to purchase additional insurance
