Упражнение 16. Переведите на английский язык.

4. Наше общежитие расположено недалеко от центра, в современном жилом районе.

6. В твоей спальне много мебели? Нет, только несколько предметов: двуспальная кровать, туалетный столик и шкаф для одежды.

10. Посередине комнаты стоит круглый стол, в углу – телевизор и видеомагнитофон. На подоконнике есть цветы, а на тумбочке около кровати стоит ваза с фруктами.

 

III. Some, Any, No, Every и их производные.

· Выражение “would like” (“would love”) употребляется в вежливых просьбах и предложениях и переводится как «хотел бы», например:

- Would you like some tea? - Yes, please / I’d love some.

- Would you like to watch this film? – Yes, I’d love to.

Would you like an apple? – Yes, I’d love one.

Глагол после выражения “would like/love” употребляется с частицей “to”. Также эта форма употребляется для выражения желания, предпочтения.

- Sandy would like to go to France next year.

- We’d like to talk to Mr. Schulz now.
