Fact 3. In the US, they associate fall season with Harry potter movie marathon. They like to get together with friends and family and enjoy watching these movies again and again. Or watch a Disney or any spooky film.

Autumn is the apple season when a most wonderful variety of apples are available.

With the apple season comes a typical British dessert called Apple Crumble that can be served warm or cold and is eaten with custard (заварной крем). It’s wonderful to eat it on those chilly autumn nights.

 

As for Americans, they have a whole bunch of activities related to apples - apple picking, drinking apple cider, making candy apples, caramel apples, and surely apple pies

Fact 4. Americans are literally obsessed with pumpkin and pumpkin spice taste and smell. And it’s not connected only with Halloween. In fact, pumpkin is the synonym of autumn for them. And this is the main association for this season. You could see a lot of pumpkin pictures before in our lesson. Check out these pictures and an extra file «pumpkin». I guess you will be surprised to see so many weird things of pumpkin flavor. They are arranged according to the degree of weirdness.

«There is no such a thing as too much pumpkin spice», they say.

And one of the essential things, they visit a pumpkin patch, a corn maze and go to a farm to go on a hayride with family every fall!

Day 30: Take a walk through an apple orchard & enjoy the warm sunlight. For Day 30 of your fall bucket list challenge, take some time to soak up the sun!

A lack of sunlight can affect your mood, so it’s important to get enough exposure during the fall and winter seasons. Because of this, spend time outside whenever possible.
