CA. - I’m sorry, sir, but I need to see your boarding card. I’m sorry, you are

in the wrong seat. You have seat 15B. It isn’t a window seat. Please change your seat with the passenger next to you (on your right, left).

 

Note: You are kindly asked to take the seats according to the seat numbers shown

on your boarding cards.

CA.- Good evening, madam. May I see your boarding card? Your seat is in

the very front row. You have a window seat. Let me show you to your seat. Can I help you with your pram?

P. - Here it is. Thank you for your help.

CA. - This is your seat. Please make yourself at home. Let me place your

pram in the cloakroom for you so that you will be more comfortable.


P. - Yes, of course. May I place my luggage in the aisle?

CA. - I’m sorry, but it is prohibited to stow luggage in the aisle for the

safety of the cabin crew and PAX. May I put it in the overhead

stowage bin/on the rack?

a pillow with two disposable pillow cases, a blanket and a baby kit.

If you want to swaddle your baby, you can find a baby diaper

changing table / station in the front/middle/rear toilet/lavatory.

(I’m sorry, but this aircraft is not equipped with a baby diaper changing table).

(We have neither diapers nor pampers on board).

 

CA. - I’m sorry to trouble you, madam.

P. - No trouble at all.

CA. - Can I ask you to follow some instructions concerning your baby?

P. - What instructions?

CA. - Please keep the safety belts of the cot fastened when your baby is in

the cot, that’s for the baby’s safety.

But, when the Fasten Seatbelt sign is on hold your baby firmly on the

lap outside the seatbelt (you mustn’t put your seatbelt around your

baby.)

 

5.CA. - Your seat is in the last row (in the last but one)

Let me show you to your seat, madam. Please follow me. This is your

seat. Please make yourself comfortable.

P. - Thank you.

CA. - Can I ask you to follow Aeroflot instruction concerning your pet

(puppy, cat).

P. - What is it?

CA. - Please keep your pet in the closed basket (box, case, cage) during the

whole flight. Please keep the pet muzzled and do not feed it.


Note: Please keep the guide-dog muzzled and tie it to the leg/armrest of the

chair by the dog-line.

P1. - Please a magazine in English and a Russian newspaper.

CA. - There you are. And for you?

P2. - I prefer something in Japanese. Have you got anything?

CA. - Certainly, but all is taken now. Would you wait a little?

P2. - Of course. (the CA leaves for a moment and speaks to another

passenger).

 


CA. - Excuse me, sir, have you read this magazine in Japanese?

P3. - Yes, I have.

CA. - Can I have it?

P3. - You’re welcome.

 

CA. - Thank you. (the CA returns to the first passenger)

CA. - Here is the magazine in Japanese. I’m very sorry to have kept you waiting (so long).

P2. - That’s all right. (That’s OK).

 

2. CA. - Can I offer you something to read, sir?

P. - What newspapers do you have?

CA. - We have the Times, the Telegraph and the Financial Times.

P. - I’ll have the Times, please.

 

3. CA. - Would you care for a magazine, madam?

P. - Do you have a magazine in English which is (very)

interesting and well - illustrated?

CA. - Yes. I can offer you magazines titled “Passport to the new World” and “Aeroflot”. Which one?

P. - Please Aeroflot. Is it the latest issue?

CA. - Yes, it’s the newest (freshest) issue.

 

4. CA. - Would you like a magazine, sir?

P. - Do you have any in French?

CA. - No, I’m sorry. They are all in English.

P. - Never mind. Thank you anyway.

P. - Do you have the Daily Telegraph?

CA. - No, I’m sorry, but I do have the Times.

P. - Then I suppose that’ll have to do.
