Международ­ное непатен­тованное на­именование Пероральное применение Внутривенное введение Длительность применения
Ацикловир 200 мг 5 раз в сутки детям старше 2 лет, по 100 мг 5 раз в сутки детям младше 2 лет 5–10мг на кг массы тела в сутки каждые 8 часов в течение 10 дней

Меры профилактики вторичного инфицирования:

- избегать длительного применения антибактериальных препаратов для наружного применения с целью исключения развития бактериальной резистентности;

- избегать загрязнения препаратов для наружного применения:

o тубы с мазями не должны храниться открытыми;

o при нанесении кремов необходимо соблюдать гигиенические процедуры – использование чистых спонжей, удаление остатков крема с поверхности банки.

Требования к результатам лечения

- клиническая ремиссия заболевания;

- восстановление утраченной трудоспособности;

- улучшение качества жизни пациентов с АтД.

Тактика при отсутствии эффекта от лечения

Дополнительное обследование для подтверждения правильности диагноза и выявления наиболее значимых для пациента триггерных факторов.

ПРОФИЛАКТИКА

- постоянный базовый уход за кожей;

- элиминация провоцирующих факторов;

- назначение пробиотиков дополнительно к основному питанию матерей с отягощенным аллергологическим анамнезом (в последние недели беременности) и/или новорожденным с риском развития атопии в течение первых месяцев жизни (А) [87-89].
