Удивительно, но тренировки на сохранение равновесия (баланс) могут увеличивать силу сами по себе.

Это может означать тот факт, что требования к сохранению баланса при упражнениях на неустойчивых поверхностях могут приводить к приросту силы вне зависимости от вида нагрузок.

Исследования показали, что упражнения на баланс даже без сопровождающих силовых тренировок приводят к приросту силы (Heitkamp et al. 2001; 2002; Bruhn et al. 2006; Myer et al. 2006; Beurskens et al. 2015; Cug et al. 2016). Прирост силы, как нам представляется, связан с увеличением скорости нарастания силы (Gruber & Gollhofer, 2004; Bruhn et al. 2006; Gruber et al. 2007; Behrens et al. 2015), что, скорее всего, вызвано увеличением частоты нервных импульсов на ранней стадии возбуждения группы мышечных волокон (Gruber & Gollhofer, 2004).

Увеличение передачи нервных импульсов после силовой тренировки может быть вызвано повышением кортикоспинальной возбудимости (Beck et al. 2007; Griffin & Cafarelli, 2007; Kidgell et al. 2010), частично из-за подавления процессов торможения кортикоспинальных нейронов (Latella et al. 2012; Weier et al. 2012; Christie & Kamen, 2014; Rio et al. 2015).

На первый взгляд, может показаться, что адаптация нейронов в ходе тренировок на координацию будет абсолютно иной, так как в тестах на равновесие наблюдалось снижение кортикоспинальной возбудимости (Taube et al. 2007; Beck et al. 2007; Schubert et al. 2008). Однако, это снижение очень сильно зависит от поставленных задач, так же, как и улучшение баланса (Kümmel et al. 2016). На самом деле, кортикоспинальная возбудимость повышается в результате тех тренировок на равновесие, которые не использовались в тестах, в том числе в тестах на силу.

Этот единый базовый механизм позволяет объяснить, почему нельзя добиться дополнительного прироста силы, когда тренировки на баланс предшествуют силовым тренировкам (Bruhn et al. 2006), а также когда программа тренировок на равновесие проводится параллельно с программой силовых тренировок (Manolopoulos et al. 2016). Это также объясняет, как силовые тренировки улучшают координацию у людей из разных категорий населения (Heitkamp et al. 2001; Anderson & Behm, 2005; Orr et al. 2008; Manolopoulos et al. 2016) и почему наблюдается прирост мышечной координации (Carroll et al. 2001).

ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ ЛИ НЕОБХОДИМОСТЬ В СОХРАНЕНИИ РАВНОВЕСИЯ ПРИЧИНОЙ STABILITY-СПЕЦИФИЧНОСТИ РАЗВИТИЯ СИЛЫ (ЧАСТЬ 3)?

Баланс необходим, так как влияет на координацию мышечных групп во время многосуставных упражнений. Он также влияет на объем прикладываемых усилий в процессе выполнения определенных динамических движений.

Выполнение упражнений в нестабильной среде способствует улучшению координации мышц-синергистов и антагонистов по сравнению с похожими упражнениями, выполняемыми в стабильных условиях даже тогда, когда идет аналогичная активация агонистов (Cacchio et al. 2008; Schick et al. 2010; Ostrowski et al. 2016; Signorile et al. 2016).

Но более важно то, что тренировки в нестабильных условиях подавляют активацию мышц-антагонистов и увеличивают активность мышц-стабилизаторов.

Эти изменения повышают эффективность взаимодействия отдельных группы мышц в определенных динамических движениях в нестабильных условиях, которые существенно улучшают показатели силы в рамках специфичности стабильности.

Например, сравнивая тренировки на тросовых тренажерах и на тренажерах с фиксированной траекторией перемещения грифа, Cacchio et al. (2008) обнаружил, что тренажеры с тросами повышают амплитуду ЭМГ для мышц-стабилизаторов и уменьшают амплитуду ЭМГ для мышц-антагонистов во время тестирования на тренажере с тросами, в то время как тренировки с фиксированной траекторией перемещения грифа не давали такого эффекта.

Принимая во внимание, что координация - это очень специфичное и ориентированное на конкретные задачи умение (Kümmel et al. 2016), а также то, что изменения в проводимости нервного импульса после тренировок на равновесие также весьма специфичны (Beck et al. 2007; Schubert et al. 2008), кажется весьма вероятным, что именно изменения координации отдельных групп мышц при выполнении определенных динамических движений и являются тем основным механизмом, который лежит в основе специфичности стабильности набора силы.

Упражнения со свободными весами, выполняемые на земле (такие, как приседания со штангой) с точки зрения устойчивости (стабильности) наиболее близки к упражнениям спортивных состязаний (таким, как прыжки в высоту). Это объясняет, почему тренировки со свободными весами действительно могут быть охарактеризованы как «подходящие» в том, что касается внешних нагрузок в стабильных условиях и, следовательно, они являются эффективными для использования их в спорте.

Выводы

Тренировки в более стабильных условиях (то есть, на тренажерах, а не со свободными весами, или со штангой, а не с гантелями) приводят к большему приложению внешних усилий. Эти повышенные внешние усилия лишь частично увеличивают внутреннее мышечное усилие (и, возможно, у тренированных людей оно будет еще меньше), так как мышцы-антагонисты и стабилизаторы больше активируются в нестабильных условиях.

Это указывает на то, что, чем больше устойчивость, тем лучше для наращивания силы, когда устойчивость не является значимым фактором. Но разные уровни наращивания силы, возможно, не являются механизмом, определяющим специфичность стабильности прироста силы.

Механизм, которые приводит к приросту силы при тренировках на равновесие и силовых тренировках, как минимум, частично один и тот же. Это позволяет объяснить некоторые случаи большего прироста силы, чем ожидалось, в результате тренировок на неустойчивых поверхностях для нетренированных людей, несмотря на то, что это не объясняет stability-специфичность развития силы.

Баланс при выполнении многосуставных упражнений в нестабильных условиях необходим для координации мышечных групп, повышения активации мышц-синергистов и антагонистов. Активация синергистов и антагонистов влияет на объем производимого усилия. Тренировки в нестабильных условиях ограничивают активность мышц-антагонистов и повышают активность синергистов в условиях stability-специфичности. Эти изменения приводят к более эффективной координации групп мышц в специфичных условиях, которая в результате приводит к улучшению stability-специфичных показателей силы.

Упражнения со свободным весом, выполняемые на земле (твердой поверхности), с точки зрения устойчивости находятся ближе всего к уровню устойчивости упражнений спортивных состязаний. Поэтому, видимо, обычные тренировки со свободным весом более эффективны для спорта.
